Wow! Beautiful work. The textures and severe contrasts in color make you want to be there.

Very nice web site – simple/honest photos and commentary. Thanks, I’ll be back often to see your work in the beautiful spot of land you call home.

Thanks Greg for visiting and your comments. I hope you get a chance to visit the Palouse so you can enjoy this beautiful area as well.

  4. Beautiful images Gary. I’ll drop in again 😉

  5. Very nice images. You are fortunate to live in such a beautiful state.

  6. Dr Hamburgh – I am a former student of yours -took golf from you circa 93/94. Found this blog by accident looking up photos of Walla Walla on google images to show my family and step kids- I now live in Perth, Australia. I lived in Walla Walla as a child from 78-83 and loved your barn photos – I remember seeing many of them on weekend drives as a child. Excellent work and love the fact that you retired to a business you love and can be proud of -well done.

  8. I agree with everyone; your picturesque photos make the area look like a great place to visit.

Great images all around! It’s so nice to see some of the places I grew up around in your photos. There’s nothing more beautiful to me than the Palouse in the Spring!

  10. Lovely, lovely images of this most beautiful place. I dream, as I look at your images of the palouse, of a time when I can got there and photograph it myself. Blessings, Kathleen

I drove home thru the Palouse the other day from Pendleton and was so taken by the beauty of it, Did a search for Palouse scenes and found your site. Thank you!

Thanks for your comments, Carolyn. Glad you enjoyed the images. I love the beauty of the Palouse. I will be going there in a couple of weeks to photograph the harvest.

  16. I just checked out you site. It’s very clean and easy to find ones way around and the written info is brief and to the point, without a lot of garbage, like I’ve seen in others. I would love to join you for a workshop sometime this year if I’m able.

  17. Ron if you want to take a workshop this year I have an “early bird special” that ends tomorrow at midnight. Would love to have you join us.
