I am starting this blog because of my attachment to the Palouse region of Eastern Washington. I lived in Walla Walla for 34 years and fell in love with the many colors, shapes and patterns of the region. I started photographing the Palouse five years ago and through this blog I hope to share my knowledge and experience of this region. I will share images of the country, farmland, barns and culture as we undertake our journey together.

In addition, I hope to contribute general knowledge about photography, equipment, software and techniques that I utilize to capture my Palouse images. By reading this blog, I hope you can benefit and learn to enjoy this beautiful region as much as I do.
